Staff are more interested in their conversations than the customer they are serving. You feel invisible and like an inconvenience to them, more than you feel like a customer.

used the home delivery service this week and it was brilliant! After a fall on the ice I was stuck in for a few days and got my mind set on a particular slow cooker dish while my husband was at work! dont know what I'd of done with the spar deliveries the last few weeks. lifesaver. when spoke to emma on the phone she was lush. thank you spar. great selection and prompt delivery everytime. amazing service and staff. xx
