No mention of being closed for lunch THEN THEY SAY its busy from 2 onward on wednesdays maybe its because they close for lunch later opening at least 1 day in the week not to forget training then lets wait for a queue to form before they open another till is this service I think not

Went in to organise my change of address from Oxford to Witney.Totally underwhelmed. How thoughtless of me to create a small administrative task! Waited an age to get it done.
