Pharmacies are never a "good experience" but this one actively annoys me. The inside is always cluttered and messy, staff generally haven't been that helpful, there are always queues that take AGES to disperse, and their opening hours are annoying. The hour long lunchtime closure (1pm to 2pm, I think) is not posted anywhere online - they just stuck a printed notice half-heartedly on the door, which is pretty annoying if you go try to down there on your own lunch break & see that (according to Google) they should be open.The only reason I've ever gone here is because it's right next to the GP surgery and even then I've been annoyed.

Spent over an hour in the queue to be told out of stock till further notice. More wasting of my time trying to get medication.Another pharmacy open with little stock.More evidence of Broken Britain

I had a quite good experience. They had the Meds I needed and I got there at the right time with no que. During peek times is very busy and could be a large que.

This use to be the best pharmacy in Witney and now the worst they keep people waiting outside because they can't cope I called them Wednesday 24th of August 2022 to make sure my prescription was ready for collection on Friday and they said yes but when got there after waiting outside in a queue for 30mins they told me they haven?t got any of my medication in stock absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional
