Ordered item 10th Feb online. Item showed as in stock & as soon as order was placed, got confirmation email to say item was ready for immediate pickup. Went in to pick up the following morning and was told item was not in stock and would be with them by 'tomorrow lunchtime' (12th Feb). Morning of 12th Feb tried to call 3 times to check was in - no answer. Went in to shop to be told it wouldn't be arriving until Monday (15th) lunchtime. Cancelled and requested refund having already wasted a day and a half. Was told that the stock level shown online is not always accurate.
