I chose carpet options to supply and fit my stairs and landing carpet, all went well at first, then we noticed a joint in the carpet, I contacted carpet options and he said it wouldn't be a joint just a pole mark, I said it was definitely a joint to wich he said is it life or death, anyway they sent another surveyor out and he said his colleague had measured it wrong, so they replaced the landing carpet but it had a pole mark in it, it will disappear in a couple of weeks is what they said, well that was over 2 months ago I can still see that mark, would not touch this company again, rude arrogant not fit for purpose
