Yep - dreadful. I’ve always avoided Barclays since my first awful encounter 42 years ago. Now i want to register a power of attorney for my mother’s account. I ring and (miracle) at last get to speak to someone and fix an appointment. The branch is closed when I arrive. I try ringing again. Now it’s over 60 mins wait.... read full comment
