A nicer bunch of people you couldn't wish to meet, they were very patient with me.I was having difficulty setting up my new phone and, without making me feel foolish, they sorted it out very efficiently.The staff in Ability have helped me several times with other equipment so this business is my first point of call with such problems.

My Imac went flash bang in what I thought was an end of life event. Ability systems not only brought it back to life they somehow made it young again. Staff were nice and helpful but the phone screen repair went wrong within a couple weeks. Unfortunately the phone was a present to someone who wasn't local so I couldn't return it for them to fix and it had to be taken elsewhere at cost. c£70 wasted.

I could not recommend Ability System more highly! They are fast, efficient, very friendly and very reasonably priced! I broke the screen on my phone and they had it ready for me in 30 minutes and also fitted a screen protector for free. Thank you so much!

Just about to shell out a fortune for a new iMac to replace my aging & slow machine when I was recommended to Ability Systems. Very friendly & approachable, helped me to understand what the issues were & what they could do (how little I know!). 3 hours later, I have a fully operational machine again & for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I made one after sales call which was dealt with politely & efficiently. Well worth talking to.

My wife took in her unresponsive iPhone.The lady did a diagnostic check and confirmed the phone was basically not repairable without spending a considerable amount of money.Fortunately the phone was under John Lewis guarantee and we received a new phone. Great service from the lady and she did not charge us for the check. I would definitely recommend Ability Systems
