Service takes forever. Coffee was disgusting. Milkshakes are half full and not in any way value for money.

Walked in and sat down with my wife and 2 children . One member of staff was sat down eating. It was so unwelcoming we got up and walked out .

Every time I order from here it takes a extremely long time to come and when I called up and asked they put the phone down on me and when the food finally arrived it was cold
