When you buy an electric chainsaw, you expect the staff to enquire if you need chain oil with it, as you can't use it without some. Upon returning to store and mentioning to Matthew on sales that he hadn't asked, he stated I didn't know if you had some or not! Been doing a house renovation and the team at Screwfix Thame have been consistently helpful- replacing a broken part in a tap I ordered and great to have them open early in the mornings to collect materials before work- thanks guys
