I think it’s lovely in there. All the staff are friendly and talkative making it a welcoming place. Fast service on the tills as well as someone else around to help you if you need it. Very nice and my favourite shop in Thame!

What lets this store down dramatically is that it is dreadfully understaffed. When you have people who want to pop in and grab a meal deal, collect and drop off parcels or send post or draw their pension, you cannot run the store with a shift of one or two staff members.
