It is okay, big bank but sadly you only get 1 or 2 people serving which can be frustrating especially when there is about 5 people already queuing.I had issue with my card before and came here and a nice gentleman sorted it out for me within 5 minutes and even got a new account set up for me.Like I said a good big bank... read full comment
