On the 27/11/24, the lady at the till at 9am left a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. We took a drink back after getting it as it had no cream. That girl that's served me was so polite and kind, I was having a bad day and just that interaction alone really cheered me up and a good hot chocolate that I was craving really made it better x
