Very poor customer service. The staff behind the till seemed totally unprofessional, and more interested in socialising amongst themselves than dealing with customers. I felt very disappointed by the poor level of service I received today.

I just saw a staff member swat a fly with a packet of pens and hang them back up.? Other than that I like the store but it's becoming rather outdated.

So excited to introduce our daughter to the magic of toys r us only to get up to the second floor in the lift to the see we can't actually access toyrus as there's only steps. Looking at it from above however the interactive section was empty and it just looks like a load of boxes on shelves so not appealing to little ones.... read full comment
