If you are looking for good old, friendly, helpful customer service then this isn’t the shop for you.However if you want to be dismissed by rude and disinterested staff then this could be right up your street.I’ll go to a different shop to discuss my phone contract and upgrade but if I experience the same appalling...

Shambles!Vodafone emailed me with an offer of a battery health check – did the test, it said it failed, booked an appointment to go to store, arrive at store to be told ‘we don’t do appointments!’ Phone is booked in for battery refresh, get an email a few days later from the repairer to say there is nothing wrong!...
