Dreadful store: miserable staff with an attitude problem and now we are followed around by ‘security’ wearing a bodycam. Just remember, not all of us are criminals we are just innocent shoppers and get really miffed when we are looked at with contempt as we are followed around. Train your staff properly Sainsbury's

Store is well stocked. The staff here are so miserable. Especially the manager Catherine. Lead by example and practice ‘service with a smile’.. you quite literally are paid to work. The security guards are always lovely and smiley and very helpful.
