Had no post delivery for 2 weeks. Tried phoning but 20minute wait. Such a poor service which is getting worse

not even open I'm so angry. Update they are all lazy and thick.

The hours have been cut down so much for people who leave home at 7.30am and not home until 5pm cannot collect parcels. Your delivery drivers all seem to leave cards around 2pm/3pm when everyone is at work and not everyone has a safe place or neighbours who are not at work so parcels can be left. Please bring back better... read full comment
