I ordered my chronic meds on 24th October for delivery, to-date 6th November they have not arrived, I have been trying to get my hundreds of phone calls answered since last Wednesday but there never is an answer. I am at my wit's end and don't know how to get a response from you.

I have been trying to ring to see if a prescription is ready to collect as ordered them 2 weeks ago and due to run out of meds in the next couple of days. I have not received a text to say the prescription is ready for collection (usually receive a text when ordering) and do not wish to make a wasted journey to be told...

Utterly appalling customer service, I realise that pharmacies are often under staffed, but they used to be pretty efficient but standards have dropped dramatically as they now NEVER answer the phone. This is now particularly difficult for me as I am now housebound and rely on them for my prescriptions.
