Their online booking system messed up a booking for a flu shot (which I don’t blame them for). However, what I did not appreciate is that the pharmacists were really rude, condescending and dismissive when I got there. No basic customer service at all

Shocking.Rude, condescending and obnoxious. Disgusted by the behaviour of the two people I had the misfortune of dealing with. Appalling behaviour by the staff as I came in to get medicine for my child. The lady at the counter informed me they were out of antibiotics for my son's eye infection, and I asked if she knew of another farmacy where I could ask. She turns to her colleague, who tells her there is one 10 minutes drive away, then completely...
