I had a bad experience at M&S today. While attempting to purchase a bottle of coffee, my card was declined twice. As I was about to put the coffee back, a fat lady approached me and accused me of stealing. She was very rude and did not ask me about the situation instead she talked behind my back after I left the store.... read full comment
