Very disappointed in The manager of this store. I tried to return an item 1 day out of my return date (due to not being well), was hoping to exchange for another item but the Manager refused, wasn't even interested in honouring it for me.

Products are good but the service is far from impressive. At the till I encountered a fairly large queue, one person behind the till and three other youngsters standing there and 'looking busy', avoiding eye contact and looking like they are there as a punishment. I bought 3 shirts and the girl at the till who served literally chucked all of them in the bag without even folding them or properly looking as she put them in the bag! Don’t you train your staff on how to fold clothes?! I had to iron al three of those brand new shirts because they were super creased! AWFUL TRAINED STAFF!... read full comment
