Experienced yet another rude " come back in 15 minutes" episode. Group of employees stood in a group chatting, seemed annoyed that I interrupted to request the PO.Please review attitude as other staff aren't like that

I have always found the staff helpful and professional. Yes it gets conjested at times. But that just means that it's popular for the post office service . And the co op. In iffley Road.

Isles blocked with stock not on shelves. Never enough checkout staff so stupid quest. Dirty, opening hours not clear. Post office often does not open. When it does, at least one, female, member of staff feels it's her job to be as rude & unhelpful as possible. She is not aware of collection protocol for Amazon so blamed...
