This boots has the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Went to get my prescription which it says on the NHS app was ready to collect. They said there's no pharmacist so they can't hand me what the pharmacist has already prepared and is sat in a box behind them. Staff in shop is absolutely useless, I ring the shop 2x to make sure they have my father prescription is in stock so I can go in there to collected because this is the only boots pharmacy open until 8pm. Called the main store number and then the pharmacy team repeatedly and over the course of two days. No answer ever. Impossible to talk with someone.
Not great if they're holding your anti pain medication and you can't get there due to said pain. Boots also makes it needlessly opaque with thr prescription delivery... read full comment
