Lady there was very aggressive as said we don't accept screen shot of boots Advantage card as it can be used fraudulently even though other boots accept it. The ladys body language was very aggressive and I felt it was due to being asian.

Had a horrible experience by member of staff old lady with glassrs short, very aggressive and no customer service at all. Very weird behaviour and honestly left me feeling she just had issues with people of colour. Ugly customer service ethic.
