Waiting for a parcel that was due to be delivered today between 12.09pm and 4.09pm as per an email received this morning.Received an email this afternoon saying that the postman was unable to deliver my parcel as there was no one home.Absolute rubbish and obviously he couldn't be bothered to ring the doorbell

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I just sent off a parcel that was a really awkward shape and size. They couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved the issue!
