I dropped my phone whilst shopping at the store last Wednesday and wanted to thank the lady that found it and handed it in! Gill at customer services was also very helpful and kind. Will be reaching out for further updates but again, here to report that your Henley Store is absolutely freezing. So rarely can I shop here due to the temperature, it’s unbearable, especially for the elderly and disabled. Even staff look frozen. Please resolve this asap, it’s an utter disgrace.
