Very helpful staff.I Normally love to browse around in this shop but I couldn't stay for long because it was so hot and stuffy. Normally there is air conditioning. Felt very sorry for the staff working there all day.

I visited the store, and asked if you sold battery operated fans. A young lad said that you didn't. When looking around the store, I found a stand with them on. My suggestion would be for some product awareness training.The lady on the till was lovely

Management should get there act together and make sure they have enough staff to open the store…Normally the team is excellent here.
