The pace of service in this store is glacial at times! Younger members of staff are clearly trying and generally offer a smile and a hello. One older lady, medium length brown hair and glasses, is particularly rude and obnoxious! First visit was fine. Seems younger employees are more on the ball than older ones. Second visit was painful had issue with swiping advantage card that could have been avoided. Everytime I have visited since the queues are ridiculous- there are only 2 tills and a lot of the time there is only 1 person manning them. Really... read full comment
