After one year, the WC has failed and tech support can’t help with the spare part that’s needed. Poor poor service. If only I knew this before I bought two units for over £2500.

I am a retailer who recommends this all the time and for the price it good to get such a good quality product. The poor comments on here are mainly linked to the service which maybe down to the shop they bought from rather than Vitra. I have used warranty claims twice for my shop and they were excellent replaced a chipped...
