Just visited the Didcot store 2.30 was told 35 pounds on a piece of furniture , went to the till to pay. No offence to anyone, But Delivery system and service is bad. Clearly staff doesn't want to help move furniture, just want to leave the items and walk away. 2nd bad experience for delivery which is charged.
