Pharmacy to much talking and only one person serving no help from the other people about5 people in back one person on computer so why can’t he help he can go back to his computer that’s why people get angry with boots no organation that’s why boots get a bad report hope they can sort it out

We ordered heart medicine for our son 1 week ago only to be told today that they don’t have it. This branch has 0 communication and 0 remorse - the reason we have to order 1 week ahead in the first place is because they’re so bad at telling you that the medicine is ready.The pharmacy clearly needs new management.
