I opted for next day delivery and paid for it. It said my parcel will be delivered today I’ve waited in and it hasn’t come, it’s currently 5:20pm and I have a disappointed family who have waisted the day. Didn't even attempt to deliver my package, they have failed in the 48 hour delivery as paid for with 48 hour tracked system.They sent me an email at 0945 this morning telling me to bring ID and the email to collect it having not even TURNED UP!I will never use royal mail again.
