Such a shame that the customers complain without trying to sort out the problem person to person.I cannot remember having a better milk shake on my travels and the food offers really good value for money.I do like the atmosphere of the premises and cannot understand how people can say the staff are rude. Delightful cafe in the heart of Burford, reasonable prices, good quality and choice of food and the most amazing customer service. Dog friendly, even gave us treats for our two elderly dogs. Excellent must visit place when in Burford. We will return in the better weather. Visit was 6th of March 2024.
