Superb food in a very traditional pub, lots of locals so can get quite noisy as after work drinkers stop for a quick one or two. Quietens down as the serious foodies tuck in to a freshly cooked meal from a varied menu. We are not locals so as we were staying nearby we went twice in the same week. The Fox Inn is set in a lovely village. Service today was not particularly brilliant, although that was a first that is been like that and maybe we caught it on a bad day. Previously it has been excellent
