I have recently had a call with one of your Staff about an order delivery yesterday. I spoke to a guy called SCOTT .who has a Scottish accent. I cannot praise him enough forhow he helped me solve my problem . Very very well done.

It's a shame but every single time I have been here it's chaos at the tills. Today a random week day in term time and it was like ques at Christmas time. It was 11am but only 3 people serving on the tills. Literally had to que up the isles. Not sure if it's understaffed or lack of organisation but it took customers complaining... read full comment
