Long time ago updated my surname after getting married in this place.Now receiving letter on which surname is not updated... people are become so lazy not doing job it supposed to be done!!Now I need to book time of work and go do updates again in this bank,should fire people who work ethic is so bad?Come on is it any management...

Really friendly team here, just moved to the area and they were really helpful with changing addresses and general advice.

Website says open at 09:30, but bank not open till 10:00, not good enough as this causes a que outside and the government wants us to stay in, update the website with correct opening times
