Great costumer service. I managed to sort everything that I came to do very quickly.

The staff at NatWest are all really helpful. My only complaint is they shut early. I went to the branch to discover they were shut at 3.30pm which was way too early, and still within normal shopping hours. Best to check online if you are needing to use their branch facilities in the afternoon to check their closing times.
