Just took a parcel to be returned & they refused to take it it weighed 2.7kg it was a peddle bin & when you entered the size of the parcel it tells you that they are one off the pick up point for that size . Won’t be using that shop anymore.

Racist old lady who was allowing other ppl in but kept telling me to wait and that I cant come in as I was the only non white but to my surprise she was calling queue behind me to go in but asking me to wait although I was first in queue your disgusting and a shame to humanity pls do not reproduce.
