Came to collect a parcel as I had email to say it was there to find out when I got there it hadn’t arrived then tried to call this eve cut off each time .

Another place that doesn't do returns on clothes. Such poor service from M&S, website says one thing. Reality is another.

An ideal place to pick up great quality food, M&S do a great job these days. I’ve recently got into their chicken and bacon sandwiches, very nice.This actual store is well presented, clean and well stocked.
