Poor telephone manner on this occassion. 1000 orders before Christmas is not something I should be told on the phone when calling ahead to get my medication. Finally leaving this pharmacy after two years of ridiculous waiting times. I'd say I've spent about 20 hours total in this pharmacy—and enough is enough.Today they told my partner that we should have submitted a prescription request a week (??) in advance!
