Great service here, the shift manager Matthew went above and beyond to help me, he carried my food to the table. Will definitely be stopping here again.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I was unable to use the kiosk for some reason, so I stood in a queue with three other customers. The shift manager, Mathew, served two of them but then refused to serve me, insisting that I use the kiosk.
