Staff have always welcomed my little dog with me into you Bicester store but today some rude member of your staff bluntly told me dogs are not allowed in. I’ve been welcomed in many times. Very poor experience. Customer service non existent. Staff gave option of self service till or pay cash!! And you wonder why people are shopping on line. I certainly will not be buying from Wilko again. Nothing there that can't be purchased elsewhere
