Unfortunately having to give this rating for the post office service within WHSmith. Really really unhelpful lady on the desk. Asked for a driving licence renewal form and the lady said you're talking foreign to me I don't know what you want. She had a quick flick through some of the forms and the said she didn't have any.... read full comment

A once great store now awful. magazines you regularly buy are often not stock on a whim. I've now incomplete collections due to this. Banbury store the worst, manager won't even let me pre order and pay in advance.
