I don't normally review chain stores, but sometimes it's a little thing that makes for the standout. I had ordered a book click and collect. Went up to the desk right by the entrance, and asked for it. He asked my name, and on being told named the book !! It's a bookshop, a chain one and very good at that. Has real books made of paper 'n stuff, which is nice. Classic 'use it or lose it' retailer.

Went in to buy a specific book could not find it asked assistant for help who pointed me to two possible sections saying they did have five copies in the shop still had difficulty finding it but eventually did. My feelings are they need to improve their customer care or they will loose business
