Customer service could seriously be improved upon. Personally, I find the store expensive, and dirty, and messy. I would rather spend an extra few pennies at Sainsbury's and get service with a smile, than have a grumpy un kept till attendant look as though I'm inconveniencing their life when doing my evening shop. Tesco in Banbury is nice and big. i tend to go here instead of town in the week as it has everything you need really. This store has two floors. upstairs is clothes , cookwear ,books games and electric items. very accommodating for wheelchair users as there are flat esculaters used for trollys to the upper floor. my only... read full comment
