As always, you have to search for stock but once you've found it and gone to pay, you're offered stuff stacked in front of the till which has absolutely no relevance to what you've just bought.Pleasant staff, obviously just doing what they're told to do.

Shelli and the staff in Banbury have always been amazingly helpful and I honestly think that although Robert Dyas is a national chain it feels like a local ironmongers shop because of the staff.Keep up the good work guys and I would’nt buy elsewhere keep it local.??
