Skye at the Banbury Gateway retail park went above and beyond today 26/11/2023, to help my elderly friend find a size small in a jumper that she wanted to buy her son for Christmas. Even checked the mannequins, then offered to find it at another store for her. Very impressed with this excellent customer service

Staff stood around chatting to her mates then was just rude when she did serve us,then made out like it was our fault when something was priced up wrong basically insinuating we swapped the printed price tag !!!!...
