Booked through third party website for 830-930 in a few days. Garage rang and said they couldn't do it until 930-10 and it would take hour for tracking and 30 mins to change two tyres which was fine. Brought it along at that time only to be told that there were still 3 wheel alignments ahead of me (3 hours) plus my own...

After being messed around by black circles and having to wait a few extra days for my tyres, John was incredibly helpful over the phone - offering to ring me as soon as they arrived and fit me in the same day. Super helpful and really good customer service, cheers ??
