Is this store open or closing down? My mate has tried going into the bank where it says it’s open on Google! She tried so many times going to the bank but it’s been closed

Staff are so disrespectful and told me they won't serve me because I was deferent they refused to serve I spent 60 minutes did not see any african in there felt so bad.Very disgraceful.
