Visited HSBC market place Banbury today, what a waste of time. Firstly no signs where to go or wait. When you are finally served they expect you to go into detail what you are there for in front of all the other waiting customers, then the first word out of their mouth is "Online" You go in for help and they are far from...

I'm a HSBC customer and needed them to verify a document -too all my ID and relevant paperwork and they said they couldn't verify anything for me. I thought as a bank this was part of their service surely. Not impressed

We understand the importance of making our branches inclusive and accessible for everybody so we run a daily quiet hour, between 14:00 and 15:00, in all of our UK branches. This is to support customers and families with conditions such as autism, dementia and ADHD.
We support the domestic abuse charity Hestia's 'UK Says No More' campaign, so you can walk into any of our branches and access a Safe Space. It will provide a safe and discrete space to reach out to friends and family, contact specialist support services, phone a helpline and start your journey to recovery.
