I have held an account with the Coventry Building Society for over 20 years. The service use to be excelent. I phonned the branch and the member of staff was very difficult to understand. The member of staff was rude and unhelpfull. I could hear other people laughing in the background.

Coventry Building Society has recently had a revamp and reorganisation and is better for it. Never massively busy there are quite a few counters and usually no less than three staff managing them, if you do have to queue its not for very long at all.
